I know I have been horrible at blogging these past few month's, but our life has been beyond crazy! JD's graduation, selling a house, packing, moving, driving across country, unpacking....and more unpacking, family vacations, and more driving!!! But we are finally all settled in our little townhouse in Minnes"OOO"ta! I honestly never imagined living here...or anywhere outside of AZ, but the kids and I are excited for this new adventure...I just pray we will survive the winter's here...bbbrrrrrrhhhh!!!! Here are some pic's of our adventurous past few months...enjoy ;)
Note: I tried several times to put these pictures in order...but never could get it to cooperate (FRUSTRATING!!). So I just finally gave up and uploaded them as is...so these pictures are not in order.

Bryson caught a Carp...GROSS...but he was so proud of his catch he held onto it till we took a picture! He received a thorough hand washing later!!!!

This is a picture of JD and I at his Formal Graduation Dinner! This was probably one of the greatest nights of my life! JD is FINISHED with school...YIPPY!!!! I am so proud of JD and all his hard work; he worked really hard for so LONG it was great to have a night to celebrate his accomplishments! And just to tell you how wonderful my hubby is at the graduation dinner all the graduates get to stand up and give a little speech. So when it was JD's turn he stood up and thanked his Professor's, classmates, and then he took a moment and honored me and thanked me for all my love and support and had me come up and he gave me a gift. When I got back to my seat I realized the bag said "DIAMONDS" on it!! I quickly opened my present and inside was a pair of diamond earrings!!!! I couldn't believe it! Just thanking me for all "my" hard work was HUGE and to top it off with Diamond EARINGS!!! What can I say I'm married to the greatest man on Earth...sorry ladies it's true ;)

Can you see the panic on both of our faces?
When Bryson discovered that his tooth was lose it was all he would talk about for weeks. He told all his friends at school, and called his grandparents to tell them about some very "EXCITING" news. He asked me questions about what it was like when I was his age and lost my first tooth, what it felt like, if it bled, and how much did the tooth fairy bring me (he was most curious about that question). But when his dad (being the Dentist that he is) tried to EXTRACT the tooth, Bryson and I both decided we weren't ready!!!
So after about a week he finally decided it was time...but on his terms. We had read a book together about a boy in the 1st grade who wanted to lose a tooth and one of the ways he came up with was taking some string and tying it to the tooth and then taking the other end and tie it to a door knob then slam the door shut to pull out the tooth. In the book this scheme was unsuccessful and I think Bryson was expecting the same...so when his tooth actually came out I think he was in disbelief that it had actually worked! I think we all were!!

P.S.
The tooth fairy did visit and brought Bryson a one dollar bill in exchange for his tooth! He was so excited!

This is one of my favorite days! We had just moved into our beautiful new home in Texas and decided to turn our play set in the backyard into a "Water Park"! I know it has been FOREVER since I have posted...but I will try and catch you up in as few words as possible...
-We went to AZ for Christmas and had a great time...we were unlucky in the job hunt though...so it looks like we will be living in a different state for a little while longer :) oh wait I mean:(

-Tanner has decided he is a big boy and has DEMANDED that he sleep with his brothers! Such a sad day...if it were up to me he would be sleeping in his crib till he was 16!!!
-And then I decided that Max was lonely and needed a friend so....we got him a puppy!!! I honestly thought this was a GREAT idea...I'm learning my "great" ideas really aren't that "great" ;)
We have definitely started 2009 out with a BANG! We hope you all had a happy and safe Holiday!

We have a new addition to our family...meet MAX!
We took him in on a trial basis for the weekend and the kids ended up falling in love with him! I have to admit he is a really good dog. He will fetch a ball all day long (I'm not kidding ALL DAY...my arm is still sore). He already knows a few commands like sit and stay. And the best part...he knows his place is OUTSIDE!!

The boys are so excited to finally have a dog...and JD even seems to like him too ;)Bryson and Coby are in charge of feeding Max and picking up any doggy poops in the back yard(with a shovel)!! They haven't complained once...I think they are probably still "AWH" struck about getting a dog that everything about him is fun and exciting (even cleaning up his poops;)! I just wonder if I have taken on more than I can handle...hopefully the boys continue to help with Max and we will all live "Happily Ever After"!!

This year we decided to carry on the Davis family tradition and go to a Turkey Trot, but since we had no one to go and support I actually had to step up to the plate and run in the Turkey Trot!

(that's me in the front with all the "serious" runners...they kicked me to the back were I belong after my picture was taken)

And were off!!!

It was a really nice run, I enjoyed running through the beautiful park, I saw a few deer and the weather was PERFECT! But the best part about it was running to the finish line and seeing my "CHEER SQUAD" on the side lines!!! Their faces were priceless, you would have thought I was running in the Olympics!
After that we headed home to start cooking....and when I say "we" you all know I mean "ME"..right?

My master piece...this had to of been the "BEST" turkey I have ever had...not to toot my own horn but seriously it was FANTASTIC!!!! The secret is to brine your turkey...it makes it so moist and juicy! DELISIOUSO

When it finally came time to sit down and eat Bryson said "WOW Mom this is a FEAST!"
I'm so glad he called it that since "dinner" doesn't take two days to prepare!!

It was so nice to just sit down with our "little" family and laugh, and talk. My favorite part of dinner was when we all said something that we were grateful for, Coby was thankful for Mommy,Daddy, brother, and Tanner. Bryson was grateful for his family. And Tanner I'm sure was thankful for his family too and the FOOD...that kid is always eating! What a wonderful holiday to be able to sit and reflect on all the blessings we have in our lives. We really are so blessed and I am so thankful for my sweet little family.

Don't you just love Winter? We woke up last Saturday to a nice chilly morning...there was actually frost on the ground! So of course I decided that we would make good use of our fireplace and build a fire! The boys were on board...so it was out to the "Forest" to collect some wood. Then we build a T.P. out of wood (something my dad taught me when I was young) and lit a match...JD was a skeptic but I knew this would be the greatest fire he had ever seen...and it was!! The kids were thrilled and I of course was "Super Mom" in their eyes!! So we kicked back and relaxed by warming our feet by the fire! AAAAHHHHHH!!

We finished the morning by listening to Christmas music and drinking hot chocolate! It was a great Saturday!

I carried on the Davis tradition...I was a witch for Halloween...no root beer, which JD was disappointed about...but were taking baby step's...maybe next year!
Tanner at first wasn't quite sure about the whole tricker treating idea...but once he realized that people were giving him Candy he was hooked! This is how he came home...passed out with a pumpkin full of candy! What a great Halloween ;)

Coby's Broken Arm

While I was at my 10 year reunion Bryson and Coby were playing "WWF" in our hallway. They each would stand in opposite door ways and charge each other, then Bryson decided to hold his arm out and plow Coby down...then he fell right on top of him breaking his elbow!
You know it's bad news when your husband calls and asks "were are the insurance cards?"
When I returned from my trip Coby with great enthusiasm says..."Mom I can eat with ONE hand!!!"
He is such a trooper! I hated not being able to be with him while he was in the Emergency Room...but his Daddy took good care of him! And we survived another injury!

Such a "Little" Man

Since this blog is my journal and also my scrapbook I had to put this in.
The other day Bryson came to me and asked....
Bryson: "Mom what's our phone number?"
Mom: (thinking how great it is that he is wanting to learn his phone number, I started singing the Safety Kid's Song in my head "when your in trouble just call on the double..." any of you who were in Mesa 45th ward will know that song) "Our number is .....
Bryson: (writing every number down...then looks at me and say's...) "Mom how do you spell Sasha?"
Mom: "S A...wait a minute...why?"
Bryson: "I want to give Sasha my phone number so that she can call me...and we can talk!!"
Mom: (stunned look on my face) "Really? OK...S A S H A"

I couldn't help but crack up, that my little boy is already giving out his didchets in KINDERGARTEN!!!! He is definitely turning into our "LITTLE MAN".

Last weekend I flew down to AZ to go to my 10 year High School reunion...I know so old right?...but any excuse to hang out with my "GIRLS"! It was so fun catching up and reminiscing about old times, looking through old pictures, we even watched the dreaded Senior Video (sorry Sheri...I think that video needs to be burned;)I am so glad I was able to go! It was fun seeing people I hadn't seen since High School, some people haven't changed at all, and some people (like myself) you wouldn't recognize them if you bumped right into them! All in all I had a great time, it's always nice to get away and see old faces...but I have to admit the greatest feeling is when you get home and your sweet family's faces light up to see you...being missed is "nice"...I think JD almost shed a tear of relief ;)
Thank You Honey for taking care of our boys while I went and played, they almost survived the weekend with out any injury's(pictures of Coby's broken arm will follow).And my friend Laura who took care of my boys all day Friday for me, you are the greatest!

The Family Photo Shoot

First of all I have to give a big "Thank You" to my wonderful Sister in Law Jodi!! I hate to say Sister in Law Jodi is more my Sister.
Anyway, Troy and Jodi decided to make a trip up to Texas and visit us...I know it's hard to believe...you know family wanting to come and visit "US";) Needless to say we were so excited to have them! Our kids play so well together, seriously they never fought! I am still in "aah" at how well these kids get along! They were so busy playing that Jodi and I could just sit and talk, and eat, and then talk some more....its was AWESOME!!! We miss them terribly, my kids actually want me to entertain them now ;)

Happy Birthday

On October 4, 2008 we celebrated JD's 31st Birthday. I still can't believe that he is in his 30's and still in SCHOOL...but there is light at the end of the tunnel only 9 more months and he is finished!!!! YIPPEE!!! So to celebrate we made his favorite "CARROT" cake (we were in a time crunch so he even had to frost his own cake;).
Opened presents...we have been needing an extra remote for the Wii so all 3 of my Big boys can play together!! This is all the excitement I could capture from a "31 year old"!!!

We sang him "Happy Birthday" and the boy's helped their dad blow out the candles! Then it was off to get the babysitter so that I could take my Hubby out on his Big Day!

The boys and I are so lucky to have JD...he is an amazing Husband and Father! Even with his crazy schedule he makes sure he spends time with his boys and is always telling them how much he loves them. He always puts family first. I am so thankful for him and for all that he does for our family! Happy Birthday Honey! We love you!
I love this picture of JD and Tanner...Tanner loves to ride on his Dad's shoulder's. The second JD walks in the door Tanner will run over to him and yell "DAD" and then point to his head! That's his way of saying "Hi Dad, now put me on your shoulder's and take me for a ride!! Aren't they so cute together?

Oh MAN!!!!

So as some of you may know I have been trying to get ready for a Half Marathon here in San Antonio on Oct. 11Th! But a few weeks ago after a run my right ankle swelled up and I had a little bit of discomfort. So finally after 2 weeks of icing my ankle and taking IB pro fen with no change I went to the Doctor. After an X-ray and an MRI he concluded that I had a "Stress Fracture" on my heel!!! Seriously...that just sucks!!! Doesn't getting old just stink? So the end result is I have to wear a fancy looking "BOOT" on my foot for at least 3 weeks, and no running! So this Half Marathon that I have been training for is out. I'm totally bumbed! Hopefully my foot will heal quickly and I will be able to train again for another Marathon..."HALF a Marathon" that is!!!

My Big Boys...

I can't believe how "BIG" our boys are getting! I think Bryson starting Elementary School has really made me realize my babies aren't really babies anymore! They have grown up on me. Even the way they talk to me has changed...I miss the simple days of "Go bye bye?", "Puppy?", "Hoops?", "Book?", "This?" those questions I could answer easily. Now Bryson's questions have turned into "Why does the Earth float?", "How do babies get out of the Mommy's tummy?", "How do Tornadoes start?", "Why do clouds flout? And how do they fill up with water?"...I really should have payed more attention in school so I could answer my 5 yr olds questions! And if I tell him "I don't know why...he will look at me and say "I know" and then he will give me his version of the correct answer! He is such a mini JD!!!
And even my sweet little Coby Jay has picked up on this and has started asking me some very in depth questions for a 3 yr old! Good thing I still have Tanner who only knows about 25-35 words...and isn't able to say complete sentences yet!!
I just can't believe how quickly they grow up...I keep thinking of that Trace Adkins song "Your gonna miss this"...and I am going to miss this!!!! I miss my Boys being tiny little babies, and I miss them crawling, and I miss the cute things they would say, and the sweet little baby cuddles they would give me, they have just gotten so big on me and I wasn't prepared for it!! Wow...this was just supposed to be a post about Coby starting Pre-School and I think I hit an emotional nerve!!! Anyway, I love my boys and all the stages they go through...so far;) I just love being a Mom to these sweet little guys...I am one lucky Girl!!!

Kindergarten

Bryson's first day of KINDERGARTEN...I was filled with several different emotions...I was sad that he was getting so big and was ready to start Elementary School, I was excited that he was going to learn new things, people, and "hopefully" new friends, I was nervous because I wasn't going to be with him to make sure that no one was mean to my sweet Bryson,and I was worried about the things he would learn from his new friends!! But when it came time to drop him off I couldn't help but be enthusiastic...Bryson was practically bouncing off the walls!
So when the time came to leave my little boy behind to start this new journey alone I walked away with a smile...no tears... I was a little concerned about that fact...why didn't I cry...am I a horrible mom? Shouldn't I be a wreck right now and someone telling me it's going to be "OK...He'll be fine"! I guess I was prepared...we had talked about this day for a L-O-N-G time and now that it was FINALLY here I was just so excited for him...I wasn't going to ruin his first day! All in all he had a great day and he survived no kids picked on him (so I don't have to go and put the "FEAR" into some 5 yr. old:)he made new friends although he can't remember any of their names (he gets that from me...if everyone would just wear name tags all the time that would really help me out)and he got to play on the "cool" new playground...but when I asked him if he wanted to go again tomorrow he said "No...I'm good"!! (Yeah...he likes hanging out with me better than SCHOOL...I am a fun mom;) I guess he didn't realize that this was not a one time deal!

I can't believe how quickly time if flying by...on July 29, 2008 My Bryson turned 5 (I know I'm a little behind on my blogging)! I remember when I was pregnant with him and how nervous I was to be a mom...and how excited I was too! And then when this sweet little boy arrived the love I had for him was overwhelming! He brings so much joy into our lives I can't imagine what life was like without him!

He is such a blessing...I wonder what I did to deserve such a sweet little boy (I think my mom is wondering the same thing;)He has become such a little MAN and is always looking out for his brothers and helping me anyway that he can. I am so grateful for him and for all that he brings to our little family. Happy Birthday Bryson we love you!!

Summer Fun!!

Wow, the summer has just flown by! We were fortunate enough to be able to go to ALL the family trips this year...well when I say we I mean me and the kido's! JD had a TON of projects, abstracts, research, work and school that he was not able to come with us...but we tried our best to have fun with out him ;)

Our First adventure was California with the Simonton Family....

We had such a great time at the beach!! Thank you Grandpa Scott and Grandma Bonnie for such a wonder family vacation...we enjoyed every minute of it! We love you guys!

Our next trip Lake Powell with the Davis Family...

I can't believe I didn't take more pictures...the boys were tubing, jumping off the house boat, riding on the wave runners, climbing rocks, swimming, and more swimming! I am going to have to get pictures from Jodi the PHOTOGRAPHER...I am really bad about remembering to get my camera out!! We had such a good time at Lake Powell with our family! It was a little crazy at times with 18 grandkids and 13 adults on ONE houseboat...but we made wonderful memories that will last a life time! Thanks Mom and Dad for everything...that was such a fun trip! We love you guys!

Happy 4th of July

I can't believe how quickly the time is "FLYING" by...its already summer time and we are now in July...it seems like I blink and we are in a new month!
Here are a few pics of our 4Th of July celebration, we spent the day with our Friends the Coopers we had a backyard BBQ, a little rock band and of course ended the night with fireworks! The kids loved the fireworks show...although Bryson had a whole list of questions for me..."why do they call them FIRE WORKS?", "How do they get the fire to change color?", "How do you make a firework?"(just a few I could remember) and my reply.."I don't know honey...ask your dad?";)sometimes I feel like such a disappointment to my little boy, I wish I had all the answers...but I don't. I love his inquisitive mind...I have no doubt that one day he will figure out how they make fireworks, and how they change color...hopefully without loosing a major body part.

On June 16, 2001 I married the man of my dreams...yes we have had our bumpy roads, but we always end up back in each others arms. We have the best time together, he is my best friend, my shoulder to cry on, my happy place ;), my love. I didn't think it was possible to love him more than the day he "dragged" me into the sealing room (inside joke...JD claims when we were walking into the sealing room I tried to make a break for it...luckily he was holding my hand and could pull me back into the room)but I love him so much more now, he is such an amazing Dad...to see him with our boys makes me fall "head over heels" for him all over again. I love you JD. Happy Anniversary.

I am "OFFICIALLY" 28

Yes, the day did come...On Tuesday June 3 I turned 28!
This year I was actually like a little kid again...I was excited for my Birthday. Bryson had been counting down the "Sleeps" till my birthday and every morning he would say with such enthusiasm "Mom only 3 more sleeps till your Birthday...aren't you so excited" and after a few more morning like that I actually was!
I woke up on my Birthday to a bed full of boys singing "Happy Birthday" to me, and giving me kisses and hugs. Bryson was already drilling me on what fun things I wanted to do for my Birthday...he hinted to a party at Chuck-e-Cheeses!! Unfortunately, my dream Birthday didn't involve pizza or video games.
A friend had offered to watch the boys while I did some birthday shopping. So I got to shop and actually TRY THINGS ON!!!! It was amazing! Then I picked the kids up and went home to get ready for my birthday dinner that JD had arranged for us. When I was surprised to find my Young Women Leader and one of my Beehives at my front door. They brought over everything they needed to "Pamper" me!!! They gave me a pedicure and a manicure(the boys got in on the pedicures too)
... they took care of the kids while I got ready and even cleaned my house! And as if that wasn't enough...they watched the boys while my cute Hubby took me out on the town! If only everyday could be that wonderful! Thanks again to my cute little family, my wonderful husband and the Young Women for giving me the GREATEST Birthday a girl could ask for...you guys spoil me...thanks for making me feel special on my BIG Day!

SLACKER

I know I have been slacking in my blogging big time!!! Life has been crazy here in Texas...can you believe we have already been here a YEAR(well almost)!!! Our time here is flying by and we are truly loving every minute!! I mean who wouldn't with Sea World and Six Flags just a few miles away. Tanner will bring me his Shamu doll along with his shoes...I think he's giving me a very suttel hint that he would like to go to Sea World....NOW!!!!
Bryson and Coby love having a FOREST in their backyard...we have gone on many nature walks were we have dug for Dinosaur bones and even encountered a herd of Deer and a coyote! JD has come face to face with one of the fiercest animals in our forest...a RACCOON!!! By the way he described the Raccoon you would have thought he was six feet tall and 200 lbs....SCARY!!! The pictures he took DID NOT support his story...he actually looks kinda cute! :)
Bryson has been in Soccer, has just ended T-Ball, and is taking Tae Kwando classes! Coby is old enough that he gets to take Tae Kwando with Bryson...he loves being able to be like his BIG Brother!!

I know my children are the only ones not in a uniform...but they were expensive! We did finally get them uniforms once we signed up for more classes...they are so cute!
So that is what we have been up to the past few months...sports, digging for bones, going to Sea World, the Zoo, and just having the greatest time together! Today is just one of those days that you think..."Life Is GOOD!!!"

Aren't Grandparents the greatest? My parents were nice enough to come up and keep me company while JD was off at an Endodontic retreat in Vancouver, Canada (ask JD why he didn't take his wonderful wife with him...I would really like to know)!
We had the best time!
Bryson has been dying to go camping in our "Forest" in the backyard...and the great mother that I am told him "Maybe we can go camping in a real forest someday, but not today" (someday meaning...not anytime soon).
So his wonderful Grandma and Papa suggested that we set up a tent in our backyard and pretend that we are in the forest! Why didn't I think of that...of course he's 4 pretending works with him!!
Bryson was jumping up and down with excitement...there was no turning back after that! Look at that nice tent...I bought that for JD for Christmas our first year of marriage...when my dad put it up it was still in the packaging!!! It's about time someone used it!!! I volunteered to sleep inside with Tanner...hehehe!!
My mom and dad slept out in that tent with the boys all night...I thought for sure they would be stumbling into the house in the middle of the night...but I was wrong they made it all the way until morning!! I think the boys slept well...but my parents looked exhausted! My mom recalls my dad saying..."Will this night ever end?". I had to laugh...since that was probably the best night sleep I have ever had!!! Thanks mom and dad...I needed it;)

My Mom wanted to make sure that Bryson had the FULL camping experience so she went and bought a fire pit so that we could roast hot dogs and make "smores"...isn't she the greatest...I have such a cool mom!!

Coby was the cutest little camper...he brought his "computer with him"...(he gets that from his dad)he cracks me up!! I love this picture with Coby and his Papa...he loves his Papa!! Thanks mom and dad for giving my boys the "TIME OF THEIR LIVES". You guys are the greatest! We love you...and miss you already! Thanks for Everything!

Here are a few pics of our Birthday and Easter Celebrations!! We had to borrow a camera from a friend since ours wasn't working...so this is the best we could get! Man I miss our camera! I know Jodi is going to be disappointed in our photography skills or lack their of...sorry, but you have an open invite to come to San Antonio and take our family pictures for us:)...think about it.
We hate being away especially on holiday's and missing out on all the family parties (this is especially hard on JD...but he's getting better), but we make the best of it! We love and miss you all. Enjoy our fun pics!

Coby's turns 3

On March 22, 2008 my Coby Jay turned 3...I can't believe how quickly time is flying by! Coby has been my "Challenge" in life...and I mean that in a good way, because he is my challenge I have learned and grown as a mother because of this spirited child. Here is a few of the things I have learned.
Lesson 1: Never ever take your new born out of the house, or to public places before they are 4 weeks.
This one I learned the hard way, when he was 3 weeks old he was hospitalized for 5 days with a respiratory problem. His oxygen level was very low and had a temperature of 102.0! I remember thinking how much I loved this little boy, and what would I do if I lost him! I would have gladly taken his place if I could...I felt so helpless, but Coby knew I was there for him, I held him most of his stay at the hospital; he slept in my arms at night and during the day. For me that was my initiatory into mother-hood...I think I passed!
Lesson 2: Be careful what you pray for...
I would always pray for 'PATIENCE'...and Coby is definitely teaching me this, he is soooo STUBBORN!!! I blame that on his daddy...sorry honey...but you know it's true!
Lesson 3: Be silly and laugh
This little boy knows how to get to me...if he gets in trouble and I have to be firm with him...he just gives me the smile he knows I can't resist and laughs. Then I remember he's 2 (at the time he taught me this lesson he was) and he won't be this age forever...so get over it...smile and laugh :)
Lesson 4: Never leave scissors in a child's reach
I don't think I need to give you an example of how I learned this lesson!
Lesson 5: They say things they don't mean...don't let it get to you.
Did Coby turn 3 or 13? On his birthday I was trying to do everything I could to make this day special for him...balloons, decorations, cake, presents, the whole shabang! Well, while I was trying to get a few things done with out the boys getting in my way I told them to go upstairs and play...Coby was not having it...so I told him again with a more firm tone, as he walked away he said "I hate MOMMY"...I couldn't believe it! I knew this day would come but I didn't think it would come so soon and at 3? I was crushed...did he not realize that I was doing all of this for him? Of course not he's 3!!! He got a scolding from his daddy and we made up, but later that night while I was putting him to bed he said..."Mommy I love you, I want to give you loves"!
We all say things we don't mean...I have learned to leave the room and count to 10 before I make this mistake.

I'm sure I could list a few more lesson's but this post is getting a little long! We are so lucky to have Coby in our family, he makes life entertaining and interesting! We learn so much from this little guy and are so grateful for him and the sweet spirit he brings into our home. Happy Birthday my Coby Jay...we love you.

Debbie's baby, Korbyn Davis Foster!

Here is a picture of Debbie's beautiful bundle of joy...Korbyn! This little guy was way to excited about making his entrance that he is 2 1/2 months early! Debbie went into labor at 26 weeks and was hospitalized for a week while they tried desperately to get her labor to stop completely, they gave her shots of steroids to help the baby's lungs develop, and pumped Debbie up with a drug to help stop the contractions! After a week of doing everything they could Korbyn surprised us all...including the doctors and made his entrance into the world around 10PM on Thursday March 13! He is so TINY weighing in at 2 lbs. 7 oz. the good news is he came out crying which means he's got a good set of pipes on him. The doctors are all optimistic, and say he is doing really well!

Debbie and Jeremy are awesome parents...Debbie is probably more educated on being a mother than I am...she has read every "What to expect" book out there, and now she is reading all she can on what to expect with a "Preemie Baby". She watches over Korbyn and spends all of her time with him, she even got to change his diaper and from what I heard was a PRO!
And Jeremy is a wonderful husband and father, he is taking good care of Debbie and helping her recoup and spends a majority of his time in the NICU with his new son holding his hand and comforting him. We are all so proud of them and want them to know how wonderful they are and how special Korbyn is. I hate being away and feel like I need to do more...so if all of you could just keep Debbie and her family in your prayers I know that will help out alot! I have never doubted the power of prayer and I know it can work miracles!!

So I have been being harassed that I need to put up a new post...but unfortunately my camera ran out of batteries and we can't find the charger, then our lap top that has all of our pictures on it broke down and we have to send it in to be fixed and who knows how long that will take! The boys opening up there Valentine's gift!

Bryson flying a kite in our backyard....it never got up very high, but he had a good time running around the backyard trying to get it up in the air!

Coby and Bryson loved the Batman slippers they got for Valentine's Day...this is them showing off there new slippers. Some days I am the greatest Mom!

Bryson's face is healing so fast! He's looking more and more like his oldself. I still get that "ABUSIVE PARENT" look when were out in public. I really wish I could put a sign on him letting everyone know this was a self inflicted wound!

You might be wondering what those "things" are on the table with Bryson...well this little boys loves to make things. He has a ton of toys but the thing he loves to do the most is sit in his "OFFICE" AKA his closet and make things out of paper. So far he has made a toy sled, rings, bracelets, airplanes, kites, a house, and slippers....yes those are all slippers for each member of the family. JD's are the ones furthest to the left that are big enough to be skies! He is so cute! Who knew you could make so many things out of paper and tape!

Tanner woke up this morning with some major "BEAD HEAD" and I couldn't resist capturing it on camera!!

One? Really, my Baby is ONE!!!
I can't beleive how fast the time has gone by...our little baby is now ONE!!! He's walking, say's "Mama", and loves to chase his brothers around the house with his walker! He is such a fun baby, he loves to smile and flirt with people at the store and most of all he loves wrestling with his brothers. They are so cute together...my favorite Mommy moments are when I walk in on them all giggling at eachother!
We love our "BABY EINSTEIN" AKA Tanner! He adds so much love to our little family! Happy Birthday Tanner, WE LOVE YOU!

POOR BRYSON

As most of you heard Bryson took a horrible fall off of our stairway banister. He had decided to slide down on his stomach and fell all the way over the railing and smacked right into the tile floor bellow.
He got his first and hopefully last ride in an ambulance and was in a neck brace for over 24hrs. They had him hooked up to an IV just in case he needed to have emergency surgery (I think for Bryson that was the most tramadic part). He had two CT scans to check for fractures, which he ended up having one small fracture on his scull, one on his sinus post wall, and another one on his left lateral orbital wall! Needless to say my little boy took the brunt of the fall in his face! Luckily the fractures are very small and DO NOT require surgery.
He gave us all quite a scare, but it could have been so much worse!!
After two days in the hospital he is now home and acting like his old self again, and its just a matter of time before he looks like himself again too...I think dad said it best,"he looks like he got in a fight with Mohamid Ali"!
He has learned his lesson the hard way, he keeps telling me "Mommy I won't do that again...and if I see anyone do it I will tell them that thats a big no no's!!"

Hopefully, that is our last visit to the Emergency room this year! I have boys and I know its just a matter of time before one tries another "DARE DEVIL" stunt....just let it be a few years from now...I need time to recover!

High Lights of 2007

Of course TANNER is the biggest High light of '07!! He is such a fun baby...before he arrived I remember telling my family and friends "he better get used to being neglected", I have to laugh at that now...that boy is anything but neglected!! He is such a Mama's boy right now, I honestly think if he was back in the womb my life would be a whole lot easier...or if I could some how surgically attache him to my hip!

Our day at the lake in Colorado was so much fun! The water was of course FREEZING, but the kids had a blast throwing sand and splashing water around! JD and I got to go wake boarding, and my favorite Knee Boarding (Nancy you know what I'm talking about)! We haven't been able to go on any Lake Powell trips in awhile, so it was nice to get out on a boat and just drive across the water...that was a good day!

Buying a house and moving to Texas!!! I am enjoying TEXAS more and more each day, I don't know if I'm ready to call it "HOME"...but you never know! I will always have a special place for Colorado...I miss the seasons, YES even the snow, and many of our friends there!

Bryson starting Pre-School! He was so nervous about not having friends in Texas, so the first day of Pre-School was an exciting day for him, he got to make new friends, ride a horse, feed chickens, pet a dog, and even got stung by a BEE!!! He has the greatest pre-school here...I wish I could go to!!

Soccer Days...that was fun! My favorite was when Bryson would be yawning in the middle of a game! His coach was constantly saying "Wake up Bryson"...needless to say he wasn't the MVP or anything but we had a good time watching him play...or sleep walk...whatever you want to call it!

Driving an hour to Medina, TX to go to a pumpkin patch! The boys had a blast, they loved the hay maze and the giant playground they had there we didn't even pick out pumpkins!! When we got in the car to go home Coby says..."Mom, that was fun"...that makes my day :) I feel like "SUPER MOM"!!!

Torturing 2 out of 3 of my boys to see Santa...awww PRICELESS!!

Being able to spend Christmas with Family & Friends was a BIG high light!!! We had such a good time in AZ, it was actually difficult for us to leave...normally we are chompin at the bit to get home! We could have stayed another week or more! Thanks to our Family's for having such nice accommodations for us! And a big thanks to my Hubby who let me get away and spend some quality GIRL TIME...in a house full of boys good Girl time was very much needed!

I didn't have the heart to break it to Bryson that you can't marry your mommy, he is such a sweetie! I hate to think of him as a Daddy size and going off and getting married! I love my boys and enjoy every minute we get to spend together, time goes by so fast! I am such a lucky mommy to have been blessed with happy and healthy little boys! Life is good!

JD turned the big "30" yesterday!!! And being the great wife that I am...I didn't take any pictures of him or the little family Birthday party we had! I know horrible right! But I'm sure he would rather I not take pictures of him entering into his 30's!!
So instead I put up pictures of me loving on my cute husband...he is soo squeezable! I am so lucky to have such a wonderful Man in my life, he takes such good care of our little family! He is a wonderful husband and the greatest dad to our boys! Happy Birthday honey we love you...even if your older than dirt :)!!

Ok, I was just wondering if I was 27 or if I was still 16 and in High School! Why am I obsessed with these books! I am totally in love with Edward...
poor JD if he only knew how I sat around and thought about my fictional vampire boyfriend! And now what do I do? I just finished Eclipse and thats the end of the series....AHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! So I got on Stephenie Meyer's website and read all about how she started the books... and then I read a chapter of Twilight from Edwards prospective... and then I went back and read the last chapter of the book not once but 3 times!! What's the matter with me? I can't seem to move on with my life...I need more!!! Or maybe I need help?

Well, it finally happened...Bryson decided to try on some of mommy's make-up! What do you do?
I remember when my sister in law Jodi came to visit us with her little girl Brooklyn, and while our heads were turned Brooklyn decided to dump a whole bag of chips on the floor and do a dance on top of them! Jodi was horrified...but I couldn't stop laughing!! Jodi just looked at me and said "what do you do?" and my responce was "take a picture!!!".
So I took my own advice...when I walked in on my boy making himself look "pretty" I tried really hard to be firm, but the second he looked at me with those BIG MASCARA EYES, I couldn't help grabbing the camera and taking a few shots!!We had a good laugh and then washed off all of the makeup before daddy got home...I don't think daddy would have found it quite as funny as we did!!

It seriously feels like yesterday that I was holding my new baby in my arms...where has the time gone? Tanner is now 7 months old, he's sitting up, getting his first tooth, eating solids, and rolling all over. I remember how nervous I was to have "3 KIDS", I really thought that my life was great the way it was. I couldn't imagine it getting any better...then our baby Tanner arrived and his sweet little spirit add's so much love to our family! I am so lucky to be the mother to these sweet boy's, I really am blessed!!

OK. We finally joined the "24" fan club! Several friends of ours have kept telling us how great this show is and that we just had to watch...but since we were so behind and had no idea what was going on we just put it off. Finally, one day while I was at Blockbuster hunting for a good flick and couldn't find anything good, that is until I stumbled into the Television Series section and picked up the first season of 24!! And let me tell you, it was one of the best things I have ever done! I don't know how these writer's do it, but we are on the edge of our seat every episode! We are totally hooked! We have already finished the first season and our moving on to the second. And I can't wait to see what happens next!! JD and I love to sit down with our "BLUE BELL" ice cream and snuggle up to watch Jack Bower "save the world"!!!! If you haven't ever watched 24 I recommend you do! You will not regret it!!

You would have thought these boy's were at a Water Park! They had the best time slidding down the slide together into their little pool! That was the best investment I ever made! I had such a good time watching them, their laugh's were contagious, none of us could stop smiling! Life is good!!

After Bryson's 3rd Birthday he told me on his next Birthday he wanted a "BATMAN B-DAY PARTY"!!! That kid has a memory like an Elephant, he never let me forget! Every few months he would remind me that for his next Birthday we were going to have a "Batman Party"!! So we went all out on the Big day, we had balloons, party hats, Batman streamers, Batman Piniata, and I even got black fabric and made all the kids capes and found Batman masks, I was so proud of my creativity...unfortunatly not many of the kids wanted to wear the capes or the masks!!! But Bryson was happy with his Batman Birthday Party, he kept telling me how great the decorations were and kept "Thanking me", he is such a sweet kid I'm so glad we were able to give him the party he "always wanted"!

I let Bryson "build his own cake" at COSTCO...he wanted chocolate cake, with the soccer ball on top! It actually was really good I recommend the cream cheese frosting, YUMMY!!!

I know it has been awhile since I have been able to post! Moving has really been a "HUG ORDEAL", but we made it to our new home in San Antonio, TX...and we are LOVING every minute of it! When we first arrived I thought about building an Ark, it seriously rained for 2 weeks streight! Unfortunatly I have no pictures yet...JD has also started Endodontic School and has been taking our ONLY computer to school with him. So we haven't had time to down-load our pictures! The boy's had a great time helping their dad make mommy a cake...as you can see Coby's favorite part was licking the bowl he dug right in! Bryson decided since Coby broke my sunglasses he would get me a new pair for my Birthday and get himself a pair as well, he's so thoughtful! Tanner's favorite part was the wrapping paper... he loved the noise it made when he crumbled it up (doesn't take much to intertain a 4 month old). Birthday's are fun up until you hit 22, then people start calling you "Mam" and your kids can't believe how many candle's can fit on a birthday cake!! Time flies! I still feel like I'm a kid, but things are starting to sag that didn't sag before! Oh well...at least I know most of you who read my blog are older than me!! HAHAHAHAHAH!

I had to put this in...I had made the boys lunch and put it on the kitchen counter. Coby decided he wanted to still eat and be able to watch TV (he gets that from his dad), so he made himself his own little table using a stepping stool and dragged his chair right in front of the TV he was so pleased with himself as you can see from the picture. I love him, he is so funny!

Mother of Three???

I can't believe I'm a mother of three, but boy does it show, it's 3 P.M. and I haven't brushed my hair or my teeth and I'm still walking around in my pj's! Man those boys can wear me out!! But they are so worth it!! Tanner is getting so big, he is the happiest little baby! I love it when I walk into the room and he get's a huge smile on his face and starts kickin his legs and squealing at me to get my attention! He makes me feel like a "ROCK STAR"!! And Coby and Bryson love to wrestle with eachother. I really think they have a future career with the WWF...and it's making me nuts! They are constantly unintentionally hurting eachother...Coby has already given Bryson a black eye, and Coby has bruises all over him! I'm sure people think I'm abusing my children!
